Yashica 44 repair?

 Chuck Katz writes:

I just found a Yashica 44 (first version) in a friend’s closet.  It has been sitting for over 50 years.  It appears in beautiful cosmetic condition and the shutter speeds seem accurate enough.  However, the film advance crank is frozen and unable to move.  Has anyone experienced this and if repair is in order can you recommend someone to work on this camera?   Thank you very much.
