  1. Great pictures all round, particularly from some long expired stock. Well done everyone! Great to see Australia represented, so I must get organised for January 27.

  3. Dear Friends of 127:
I have a KODAK BROWNIE REFLEX, SYNCHRO MODEL made in U.S.A., which has been in the family for about 60 years.
Without attention from something like 45 years old, it is being analyzed for its new start-up.
Both mode I and B, shoot correctly. The flash operates normally and the general condition is really good.
The inside of the lens as well as the viewfinder, are quite dirty, so I would like to try cleaning.
Despite having searched intensively on the web, I could not find a Service Manual to guide me in the task of disarming and arming, so I fear making some insurmountable mistake.
I would very much thank this community for any contribution in that regard.
    I send a warm greeting.

    1. My best advice would be that if you take the camera apart to clean the insides and the lens, be sure to mark which side of the lens faces out and which side faces in. This is critical that you get it put back together in the correct direction. Other than that, Kodaks are usually fairly easy to take apart and clean.

    2. Thank you.
I have fear to disassemble the objective because the shutter is there.
There are a lot of little parts to make mistakes.
I'll like to put every part in it´s site again.
